Boarding & Training Program Services

Our facility includes 12x12 matted tongue & groove stalls each with their own individual fire safety fan, a fly system running throughout the barn and indoor arena, the indoor arena is a sand & stone dust mix that is well maintained and frequently boxed, for air ventilation the indoor has high ceilings & 2 large double door half walls with drop down doors for the colder months, each boarder gets an individual tack locker in the tack room, and the barn has an indoor wash stall as well as an exterior wash areas.  The outside of our facility includes several grass turnouts with no climb fencing & electric and each field has a electric, water, hay hut and a run in shed. There are dirt lots for horses or ponies with metabolic deficiencies with access to hay 24/7.  Mare and geldings are kept in separate paddocks but mares are welcome! Outside our facility includes an outdoor arena with some cross country fences and a ditch, trails, fitness lane, and a cross country field is in the works to soon be added in the back of the property. LmE is also our HOME so there are always 24/7 eyes on the farm.

Here at LmE we believe in open communication and realize that every horse has their individual nutritional needs based on work load, body type and energy demands; therefore, our grain offered is individualize.  We offer twice daily high quality CRYPTO AERO WILD FORAGE based on your horses needs because we want to make sure each horse is getting their necessary forage requirements.  We will add in supplements or oils purchased by the owner free of charge if baggied or in smartpaks & we do offer high quality western timothy hay for extra calories in addition to the 24/7 offered timothy hay already supplied.

Here at LmE we treat every horse like our own! Horse will be checked daily for wounds, lost shoes, or just odd behavior.  Our water troughs, buckets and feed bowls are cleaned regularly. Stalls will be cleaned & swept daily with bedding included, large square timothy will fill corner hay feeders inside their stalls or used in outside hay huts as necessary to assure the horses have access to 24/7 hay.  Stalls are cleaned twice daily after morning and afternoon feeding.  We believe in horses being horses and provide as much turnout as possible and will blanket as necessary in the winter months.  We keep the horses on a fecal/ worming schedule and worm about twice yearly at the cost of the owner. We offer daily blanket, fly sheet changes free of charge as we would do for our own.  During fly season we will spray before every turnout with spray provided by owner.  For convenience we will schedule farrier, vet, dental appointments with our own; however, if your horse must be held there will be an additional charge.

Here at LmE we prefer that all horses are involved in the training program because we are an educational farm & we always want to give our best to both riders and our equine friends. 

Stall Board WITHIN the program is $500 with NJ state tax per month plus feed ($35-$200), western timothy if necessary ($55-$95), & our training program starting at $180 a month for a lesson a week.  Stall Board NOT WITHIN the program is NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
